How long before we really get started?
We can get started fairly quickly! Typically, we aim to begin posting on the 1st or the 15th of the month. Our team works off a 12-day turnaround cycle, so depending on when you officially sign on and complete onboarding, we’ll determine the best start date.
That said, we’re a flexible team, and under certain circumstances, we can accommodate faster turnarounds to align with your business needs.
How often will we meet?
After onboarding, we’ll meet once a month to review analytics, discuss goals, and plan for the upcoming month. If you ever feel we need to adjust the cadence, we’re happy to do so.
What happens first?
After your onboarding call, where we discuss goals, expectations, and priorities, we’ll ensure we have all the access we need to manage your social accounts.
Once that’s set up, you’ll receive a content document with your first month of social content for review. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback, ensuring the content aligns with your brand before it goes live.
Do I need to sign something?
Yes. Every partnership requires some paperwork. We work with flexible, month-to-month agreements. There’s no long-term commitment required, just an opportunity to test out our services and see the results for yourself.
What should I have ready for our first meeting?
Bring your insights and inspiration! Think about what you love, what you hate, and what you envision for your brand’s social media presence. We’ll also send you a short questionnaire to fill out before the call, which will help us gather important information about your brand, competitors, and audience. Having this ready ensures we can address all key points during our discussion and build a solid foundation for your social strategy.
What does the agency need access to?
We’ll need agency access to your social media channels, so we can handle posting, engagement, and content management without you having to lift a finger.
Additionally, we’ll connect your social channels to our analytics system, which allows us to generate monthly performance reports for you.
Will I see the content before it goes live?
Yes, definitely! We’ll share a content document with you for review, and you’ll have time to review, leave any comments, or suggest tweaks right in the doc. After that, we’ll consider the content good to go and get it scheduled. If something comes up later or you want to make a change outside the review window, just shoot your account manager an email, they’re always happy to help. Plus, you’ll have access to the document anytime, so you can check back whenever you like.

During our monthly calls, we always chat about upcoming content ideas and any important things to keep in mind, like events, sales, or special promotions.
